Copeland Age and Advice Service is a not for profit Social Enterprise suppporting over 55’s in Copeland, each year we will choose a charity that is relevant to our client base to support. In 2019 we supported The Alzheimer’s Society and through a number of fundraising activities managed to raise over £2,000 for this worthy cause. This year our chosen charity is Parkinson’s UK and below are some of the events we are planning..

The Big Charity Quiz Night
CAAS have joined forces with Parkinson’s West Cumbria and will be holding a charity quiz night at Energus on Friday 24th April to raise funds for older people in West Cumbria and for those affected by Parkinsons.
The event will be held at the Energus Centre, Lillyhall and will start at 7pm

The Big Hike
We have 4 volunteers and their furry friends who are hiking 70km from Silecroft, near Millom to Disington over a number of fells (including Scafell Pike) in May 2020.
